Customer Return Policy

KidzWorxx will give the customer a 100% refund if the product(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in the same condition as when received. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning any KidzWorxx items.

Products must be in same condition as when they were shipped (no discernable marks, writing, stickers, price tags affixed to them) - i.e. No alterations of any kind to any part of a given item. If they are returned damaged the items will be returned to the CS.
